Method: the supplied PNG was processed once with the exact displayed SellerImg preset. Because its 1254 px longest edge is below the preset limit, it was not resized or enlarged. Format, dimensions and byte sizes come from the actual files; the slider renders both images at the same size.

WHY IT EXISTS

A free image optimizer for people who just need the job done.

Seller Image Studio is a browser-based batch image converter for online shops. It resizes and converts product photos to WebP, AVIF or JPEG, with practical starting presets for websites, WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.

No account, credit card, daily conversion credits or ad-watching step is required. Add your images, choose the result you need and download the finished files.

01

Your images stay local

Processing happens on your device. Product photos are not sent to our servers, added to an account or used for training.

02

Built for real batches

Convert individual files or a complete folder, then download the results together instead of repeating the same task image by image.

03

Originals stay untouched

The converter creates new files and never replaces your source images. You remain in control of every original.

04

Useful, honest presets

Storefront presets give you a sensible format, quality and size to start from. You can still adjust every setting before processing.

Image tools should help you finish a listing—not interrupt the work with pop-ups, trial limits or a subscription screen.

BULK WORKFLOW

One set of image settings for an entire product batch.

Seller Image Studio processes images locally in your browser, so a product-photo folder does not need to be uploaded before compression begins.

Choose WebP, AVIF or JPEG, set a quality level and longest-edge limit, then export the completed files together.

When the selected folder has read and write permission, individual results and the ZIP can be saved back to that folder. Without folder write permission, the ZIP is downloaded to the browser's default download location.

01

Add files or a folder

Import individual images or a complete folder. Supported JPG, PNG and WebP files are added to one visible queue.

02

Tune the batch once

Use the same output format, quality mode and resize limit across every product image for consistent storefront assets.

03

Review real savings

See the original and finished size for each image, plus the total reduction for the batch before downloading.

04

Export together

Download individual files or package completed images in a ZIP. With folder write permission, save the ZIP to the selected folder; otherwise it uses the browser's default download location.

Prepare a complete listing batch without sending client or product photography to an image-processing server.

FAQ

Common questions.

Why does the Website preset use WebP?

WebP works in modern browsers and generally compresses better than older JPEG or PNG formats, making it a practical single-format export for a modern storefront. If your site must support an older browser or a workflow that cannot accept WebP, keep a JPEG or PNG fallback or choose JPEG in the tool.

How many images can I compress at once?

Seller Image Studio accepts up to 100 supported images in one batch to protect browser memory and keep the queue responsive.

Can I compress a complete image folder?

Yes. Add a folder to import supported JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF and BMP files. With folder write permission, individual results and the ZIP can be saved to that folder; without permission, the ZIP uses the browser's default download location.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Compression, resizing and format conversion run on your device. The product images are not uploaded to Seller Image Studio.

Is SellerImg free?

Yes. SellerImg is free to use and does not require an account, payment card, subscription, conversion credits or an advertisement before download.

Why is AVIF not the default recommendation?

AVIF can produce smaller files than JPEG or WebP at similar visual quality, but it is still less universal than WebP across browsers, servers, CDNs, themes and ecommerce upload workflows. If your complete storefront pipeline supports AVIF, it is a strong format to test and can be used as the preferred product-image delivery format with a WebP or JPEG fallback. Marketplaces are different: Amazon, TikTok Shop and other sales channels must still receive the formats required by their current listing rules.

Can I safely compress images containing people?

Yes. SellerImg processes portraits and other supported images locally in your browser, so the files are not uploaded to SellerImg's servers. The original files stay unchanged. As with any sensitive material, use a trusted device and browser and review the finished image before sharing it.

What are the advantages over TinyPNG?

TinyPNG is a mature online compression service focused on simple uploads and content-aware compression. According to its own documentation, uploaded images are stored temporarily and deleted within 48 hours. SellerImg is built for a different workflow centered on privacy, precise output controls and ecommerce batch processing. Images are processed on your device without being uploaded; you can choose the output format, quality mode and longest-edge limit, apply ecommerce presets, process up to 100 files, and save individual results or a ZIP to an authorized folder. The tools have different strengths, and SellerImg does not claim smaller results for every image. Choose based on your privacy requirements, image quality and workflow.

What does the selected platform preset change?

For a single downloadable web format, WebP is the safest modern default. Use AVIF when your site can also provide a JPEG or PNG fallback.

How do output format, quality and longest-edge settings work?

WebP is the practical default for most storefronts; AVIF usually makes smaller files but needs platform or server support; JPEG has the widest ecommerce compatibility but usually produces larger files. Smallest prioritizes file size, Balanced is the recommended starting point, and High preserves more detail. The longest edge accepts any whole number from 32 to 15,000 px, preserves aspect ratio and never enlarges smaller images. Leave it empty to keep the original dimensions. Values above 2,048 px are allowed, but can use substantially more memory and create larger files.
